Abstract
Universities as institutions of education service providers need a reliable strategy to win business competition, where competition was not only include physical means alone but non-physical means as are required. with increased service quality to be offered was gaining very high. Almost all companies today requires an appropriate combination between hard skills and soft skills. This research is descriptive explanatory. The sampling method using simple random sampling method. FEB student samples Universitas Dharma Andalas Padang totaling 100 people. The data used primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of research initiatives dimensional effect on student satisfaction in terms of service. Commitment dimensional effect on student satisfaction in terms of service .. Creativity dimensions affect positively and significantly related to student satisfaction in terms of service. Communication dimensional effect on student satisfaction in terms of service. Integrity dimensional effect on student satisfaction in terms of service. Discipline dimensional effect on student satisfaction in terms of service. Discipline employees at the Faculty of Economics, University of Andalas Padang Dharma already well underway. Student satisfaction in terms of service at the Faculty of Economics, University of Andalas Padang Dharma are in good condition already. All independent variables (Initiative, Commitment, Creativity, Communication, Integrity, and Discipline) jointly affect the service satisfaction positively and significantly.
