PENGARUH PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSUP DR. M. DJAMIL PADANG

Abstract
Nurses as professional medical officer has a fundamental duty to provide health services to the community assisted another medical team. Nurses in their profession should have a positive psychological capital development, called Psychological Capital (PsyCap), with characteristic self-efficacy, hope, resiliency, and optimism. Nurses who have a positive PsyCap, will improve health services and be a reflection of the increased job satisfaction of nurses. The research findings Luthans et al, (2002) about the relationship between PsyCap with individual work in which there is job satisfaction. Based on the description above, researchers interested in studying "The Effects of Psychological Capital on job satisfaction of nurses in the ER Dr M. Djamil Padang". Sampling through simple random sample technique where the population has an equal chance to be elected as members of the sample. The questionnaire is based on the Likert scale. Multiple regression analysis is a statistical technique that is used to test the influence of PsyCap on job satisfaction of nurses. The regression equation used is as follows: Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + b3x3 + b4x4 + e, and to determine whether or not there is a significant correlation t test and F test and R2. The results of this study stated PsyCap (self-efficacy, hope, resiliency, and optimism) no significant effect on the level of job satisfaction of nurses. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 7.3%, that is, changes PsyCap variable can be explained by the level of employee satisfaction at 7.3%. In other words, 92.7% change in the level of job satisfaction of nurses in the ER Dr M Djamil Padang explained by other factors not included in this research model.
